I recommend reviewing the full checklist provided in the masterclass and making any adjustments necessary to ensure you can check off all the boxes.
Start with your child's room adjustments, then begin adjusting for food/clothes, then schedule adjustments. Allow those changes to take effect for at least 3 days before moving on to any sleep training, and allow sleep training to take effect for at least 5 days before changing tactics.
